Role Title: Executive Assistant (Remote based in the UK or France) - 20 hours per week


Responsibilities:
•    Assist with organising, preparing, and following up on large meetings such as weekly meetings, including documentation and action items tracking
•    Daily communication with the senior leaders and the team to help manage day-to-day operations and take ownership of travel, logistics and expenses
•    Scheduling meetings and appointments, ensure availability of resources, and assets
•    Manage and order stationery and equipment.
•    Assistance and maintenance of schedule of managers by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and travel
•    Preparation of regular expense reports by collecting information
•    Assist with organising, preparing, and following up on large meetings such as board meetings, including documentation and action tracking items.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on strategy and business development
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (C2 Level) and English and the knowledge of a third language is desirable
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to write effective business documents
•    Practical knowledge of marketing techniques such as copywriting, graphic design, and social media is desirable
•    Strong communication skills, creativity, and a good understanding of the technology market
•    Preferrable experience in management / strategy consulting company
•    Proactive, reliable, and self-directed work style
