Job Description: Delivery professional with affinity for Technical Presales, fluent Dutch required

Summary:
We are seeking a hands on Delivery professional who also enjoys the role of Presales, with preferably expertise in Energy Management Systems (EMS) or at least a proven interest or affinity with this topic. Our clients face issues ranging from grid congestion, managing renewable assets, energy monitoring, all the way to electrifying their logistic fleets and manage the available energy to run their operations. You will support enterprise and mid-market customers across the sales and delivery lifecycle. In this role you act as a technical Point of Contact and trusted advisor, translating customer energy, sustainability, and operational requirements with Univers robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Presales & Customer Engagement
•    Working in a team and supported by Solution Architects you act as the technical lead during the presales cycle, supporting opportunities from discovery through to deal closure
•    Engage with customers to understand their energy use cases, operational challenges, regulatory drivers, sustainability goals etc.
•    Build strong relationships with the main client stakeholders like: Energy Managers, Facilities, IT, Operations etc. by being authentic and taking ownership
•    Co-work with Go To Market team on commercial processes like answering RFI’s, RFPs
•    Good communication skills and facilitate product and technical deep dives

Delivery:
•    Supported by a Solution Architect, understanding EMS architectures, including energy monitoring, analytics, IoT integration, system interoperability etc.
•    Understand business and technical requirements to interact with the product teams and give your support to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions
•    Team up with the Solution Architect to ensure solutions align with cybersecurity, data privacy, and resilience best practices
Required Skills & Experience
•    3- 5 Years Experience in Client Facing roles like Presales, Delivery or Sales Engineering roles
•    Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command line skills as well as communication protocols such as Modbus, IEC61850, MQTT, etc. and related debugging tools
•    Background in energy storage Systems or energy management systems and familiarity with Energy Management system principles, photovoltaic power generation system principles and the ability to read primary and secondary electrical schematics
•    Possess knowledge of network and security systems and able to configure networking devices (firewall, switches) with instructions
•    Experience integrating IoT systems with different technologies such as EMS, BMS, SCADA and ERP systems
•    Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Education & Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in engineering, Energy, Computer Science, or related field
•    Energy certifications (ISO 50001, CEM, or equivalent) are advantageous
