Business Operations Intern
Job Responsibilities:
Digitalization - Salesforce Governance & Business Support
- Account Governance
- Clean and merge duplicate Salesforce accounts, aligning them with Dynamics accounts.
- Enhance accounts with additional details such as Account Group, Industry Segment, and Fortune 500 status.
- Create new accounts based on GTM requests in Salesforce, adding necessary supplementary data.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) screening using World-Check.
- Opportunity Governance
- Clean up Salesforce opportunities by addressing inactive owners, past closed dates, missing solutions, and absent digital contracts.
- Set up automated email alerts for “offending” opportunities.
- Digital Contract Governance
- Ensure all closed-won opportunities in Salesforce are linked to digital contracts.
- Reports & Dashboards
- Manage and maintain dashboards for data quality, sales pipeline, and top 10 opportunities.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends or patterns.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on data findings.
Business Process Optimization
- Contract Review
- Provide support for contract reviews and check for deviations.
- Contract Sheet Signoff
- Process contract signoff sheets using DocuSign.
- Contract Renewal & Invoicing
- Identify and review expiring customer contracts to initiate renewals.
- Develop an invoicing backlog and billing plan.
- Process Improvement
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process changes.
Bid Management Support
- Maintain and organize company documents and records to support tender bids.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, engineering, or Business-related fields
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of project management principles is preferred.
