Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Intern to join our Marketing team. You will play a critical role in supporting our outbound efforts by researching potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings with sustainability, facilities, and digital transformation decision-makers across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads that fit Univers’ ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings
- Qualify leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) with lead status and outcomes
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies
- Assist in preparing outreach materials, including one-pagers and case studies
- Join selected client meetings to observe and learn
What You’ll Learn

- Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging senior stakeholders
- Interest in technology, energy, and sustainability topics is a plus
