Head of Product Management
Product:
1. Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our EV charging solutions:
- Create and maintain a roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights from market research to define product vision and strategy.
2. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market dynamics:
- Evaluate and prioritize product features based on strategic goals, customer needs, and business value.
- Continuously assess and reprioritize the product backlog based on changing market conditions and stakeholder feedback.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts:
- Engage with internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts from various locations to validate product ideas and gather feedback, with customers.
- Incorporate feedback into the product development process to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement:
- Define and track relevant KPIs to assess the success and performance of the EV charging solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed product decisions.
Team Management:
1. Collaborate with POs, engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including teams from different geographical locations, to gather input and define product features and functionality.
- Ensure product requirements are clear, well-documented, and aligned with customer needs and technical feasibility.
2. Support the sales and marketing teams with product-related materials, including product documentation, presentations, and training:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams from different locations to develop product-related materials.
- Assist in creating product documentation, presentations, and training materials to support sales and marketing efforts across international markets.
Your profile:
6. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in the EV charging space:
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and advancements in EV charging technologies, both locally and internationally.
- Proactively identify opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies and industry best practices into product offerings.
7. Act as a subject matter expert on EV charging, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders:
- Serve as the go-to person for technical expertise and knowledge related to EV charging.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, across different regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the EV charging, automotive industry, or IoT-related business.
- Deep knowledge of EV charging technologies, standards, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different cultures and locations.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Passion for sustainable transportation and clean energy solutions.
- Strong communication skills in German and English are a must.
- Proven experience of working in an international environment, collaborating with teams from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
