Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated IoT Engineer Intern to join our team and support our IoT projects. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in EEE or Engineering, or a related field with a passion for the Internet of Things, smart devices, and connected solutions. You’ll work closely with our IoT engineers to help design, develop, and test IoT solutions, gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge technology in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of IoT solutions and applications.
  • Collaborate with IoT engineers on creating, testing, and troubleshooting IoT devices and systems.
  • Participate in hardware and software integration, connecting devices to platforms, and implementing protocols for data exchange.
  • Work on data collection and analysis, utilizing IoT data to provide insights or improve system performance.
  • Assist in developing user interfaces, dashboards, and analytics tools to monitor IoT devices.
  • Research and recommend innovative tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Document system requirements, technical specifications, and solutions for ongoing projects.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, CoAP) and connectivity (e.g., WiFi, BLE, LoRa).
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with microcontrollers or single-board computers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT) is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
