HR Operations Intern 

Responsibilities: 

• Involve in periodic review of HR contracts, policies and SOPs against internal processes and external regulatory requirements, while ensuring proper documentations are in place

• Involve in HRIS review and discussion with relevant stakeholders on system process enhancement, UAT, and supports data maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity 
  
  

• In charge of maintaining latest HR resources and information in Company Intranet and coordinate with internal HR stakeholders to build HR FAQs for Chatbot 
• Support on data consolidation and preparation for monthly and ad hoc reporting of HR statistics to HR stakeholders and management 
• Assist in planning and organising HR activities and programmes, which includes vendor sourcing, collateral preparation, and logistic arrangement 
• Raise non-Purchase Order or Purchase Orders for invoices to ensure timely payment to vendors 
• Any other projects and HR Operational tasks as assigned 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Currently pursuing a University Degree in Business/Human Resources or equivalent 

• Comfortable with ambiguity or in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can do’ attitude 
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills 
• Effective in managing multiple tasks at the same time   
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
