We are looking for an experienced Project Manager EV Charging to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end project delivery, coordinating internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Role & Responsibility
- Manage EV charging infrastructure projects from kick‑off to commissioning and handover
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams
- Plan and track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources
- Act as the main point of contact for sales, delivery, installers
- Ensure compliance with technical, safety, regulatory, and permitting requirements
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee site readiness, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder updates
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and delivery standards
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in EV charging, energy, construction, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience managing external suppliers, installers, and service providers
- Good understanding of electrical infrastructure and construction site coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
