We are looking for an innovation enthusiastic and open-minded individual who wants to contribute their experience for a Net Zero future at our Munich Office.

Your Role
- Drive new business in fleets, EV mobility, and energy management (PV & BESS) across Germany and Europe.
- Build and grow client relationships from first contact to long-term partnership.
- Report and manage activities in Salesforce.
- Represent Univers at trade fairs, events, and digital campaigns.
- Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting sales targets.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of B2B direct sales experience (hunter profile).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Industry experience in EV mobility or energy management is a strong advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
