Role and responsibilities – Corporate Finance Controller:
This role leads the global Corporate Finance function, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The Corporate Finance function owns global intercompany transactions, controls, and reporting to ensure efficient and effective controlled processes and accurate consolidated financial statements. This role is the global finance owner for Microsoft Dynamics (ERP System) Master Data and financial systems; maintenance of cost center management, chart of accounts policies, including taking the lead to set up and perform annual updates to R&D and Delivery team cost rates and allocation methodologies. Additional responsibilities include the following:
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary
This role directly manages a small corporate finance team directly with dotted line engagement from the regional finance directors to ensure accurate financial results are delivered in a timely manner. This team owns the engagement with external auditors on the consolidated financial results, including driving closure and improvements to audit-identified action items.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 8+ years Finance experience in software/high-tech/service industry, with at least 5 years Big four background and 3 years in-house Headquarter Financial Consolidation in a similar role
• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting
• CPA/ACCA holder will be a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
