Integrated Marketing Intern
Focus: In-person events, customer engagement, lead generation
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, partner events, and Univers-hosted sessions.
- Help create and manage event assets: brochures, banners, slides, name tags.
- Assist with pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups.
- Document and summarize event outcomes (leads, engagement, photos, recaps).
- Support sales enablement activities (e.g. localized decks, sales materials).
- Work closely with marketing and GTM teams to activate campaigns regionally.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced settings.
- Great communicator and team player.
- Passionate about sustainability and technology.
- Bonus: Experience with event planning or student clubs.
