About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations and Analytics Executive who is eager and excited to gain first-hand experience in all aspects of Marketing Operations. Collaborating closely with regional marketing teams, the ideal candidate for this role is able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally to help design, create and iterate with key stakeholders on tasks and projects. The Marketing Operations and Analytics Executive will be able to contribute to optimizing, troubleshooting and supporting our marketing initiatives, focusing on campaign operations, marketing analytics and operational support.  

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Operations
  • Own and manage day-to-day marketing campaign operations on marketing automation platform.
  • Enforce proper campaign processes across our marketing automation platform and CRM to drive an efficient marketing operations engine.
  • Maintain our campaign data to ensure accurate reporting for our stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
2. Marketing Analytics
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to provide actionable insights for marketing strategy adjustments.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automation programs, offering data-driven recommendations for funnel optimization and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to enable real-time access to marketing insights, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support the marketing team, ensuring the insights are actionable and tailored to the audience.
3. Marketing Technology and Data Management
  • Maintain and optimize the Martech stack to ensure seamless integration, system performance and data flow across to support demand generation.  
  • Oversee and manage the daily administration of related systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement for process efficiency and campaign effectiveness, while implementing best practices through education and enablement.
  • Work with the Martech stack to create automated processes to improve the data pipeline and standardize automation across different tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within marketing (projects or internship);
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights;
  • Proven self-starter with a passion for optimizing and innovating Marketing Operations processes;
  • Ability to grow, learn, and collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment;
