Data & Analytics (HR) Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our HR team in HR systems, analytics and other HR related projects. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the areas of creating a positive employee experience for new hires, talent acquisition, training & development, and people operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HR dashboards and analyze data to collect and derive people insights, that enables stakeholders to make actionable plans to drive organizational performance and achieve intended outcome.
- Process and maintain HR data using HR systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support in monthly HR reporting or ad hoc/annual reporting such as ESG report.
- Support in developing or reviewing HR controls, documentation, portal and process flows
- Involve in planning and organizing of Employee Engagement activities/ programs which include event collateral preparation and vendor sourcing.
- Opportunity to be involved in internship hiring and campus recruitment initiatives, as well as new hires onboarding and contract renewal processes.
- Any other HR projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a University Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior internship experience in data analytics and/or MS365 software development (e.g. Power App/ Automate) will be a plus!
- Proficiency in data analytics (i.e. Python) or data visualization tool (i.e. Power BI) preferred
- Strong learning ability and adaptive in fast paced environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and good communication skills
